Are you an organized, energetic team leader looking to build a career with one of the UK's fastest-growing retailers? Acting as Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to recruit a dedicated Replenishment Supervisor for their busy Merchants Quay store in Newry.
In this pivotal part-time role, you will work closely with the Replenishment Manager to oversee stock control, maintain store fill levels, and keep the warehouse organized. You'll play a hands-on part in ensuring exceptional store standards are met while training and inspiring your team.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Floor Management: Maintain optimal warehouse standards, store fill levels, and accurate stock control to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Team Leadership & Training: Equip colleagues with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Operational Organization: Support store management in keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and systematically organized.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere strictly to company safety policies and legal requirements.
Customer Focus: Foster a passion for retail excellence and great customer service across the team.
What You Will Bring
Supervisory Experience: Prior experience leading or supervising a small team in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
