Role Overview

• Position: Carer / Care Assistant

• Location: Lent Rise House, Coulson Way, Burnham, Slough, SL1 7NL

• Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time options available (approx. 30 hours per week)

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Located in the heart of Burnham, close to Slough and Maidenhead, Lent Rise House offers high-quality nursing and dementia care for older people. Designed for safety, comfort, and wellbeing, the home delivers person-centred support in a warm, inclusive, and homely setting, including short-term respite stays.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support) with utmost dignity and respect.

• Bringing kindness, warmth, and exceptional care to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.

• Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build wonderful relationships, share laughter, and create lasting memories.
