Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for an engaging and qualified Swim Instructor to join their team at Fulham Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Fulham, London, UK.
In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality individual and group swimming lessons to members of all ages and abilities. Following the Swim England framework, you will inspire learners to reach their goals while promoting facility memberships and maintaining exceptional teaching standards.
Role Description
As a Swim Instructor, you will teach one-to-one and group swimming lessons, adapting your instruction to suit individual learning styles. Working 5 hours per week, you will create a positive and supportive environment, engage with members to track progress, and contribute to the growth and success of the site's aquatic program.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver fun, structured, and engaging 1:1 and group swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.
Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse ages, abilities, and individual learning requirements.
Promote facility benefits and memberships while collaborating with site teams to improve overall lesson performance.
Requirements
Active ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused, approachable teaching style.
Passion for aquatic education and member wellbeing with the ability to inspire learners of all ages.
