About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in enriching the daily lives of residents by providing compassionate care, practical daily assistance, and warm companionship.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and personal care according to individual care plans.

• Nutritional Support: Supporting residents during mealtimes with food and drink requirements.

• Companionship: Spending dedicated one-to-one time with residents, sharing moments, and supporting their emotional well-being.

• Targeted Shift Cover: Providing vital cover across weekends, as well as covering annual leave or sickness during the week across day or night shifts.

About You

We are seeking empathetic, dependable team players with a passion for delivering high-standard care to older adults and strong weekend availability.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a residential, nursing, or care home setting.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Attributes: A positive, "can-do" mindset combined with genuine empathy, patience, and warmth.

• Flexibility: Availability to work weekend shifts (with optional mid-week day or night cover).
