Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Priory Glebe House to recruit an experienced, proactive, and inspiring Bank Team Leader.

Glebe House is a beautifully positioned residential service located in the historic Georgian market town of Caistor, sitting semi-rurally on the edge of the scenic Lincolnshire Wolds. The service supports up to 24 male and female residents managing primary mental health needs, frequently acting as a vital step-down pathway from hospital settings. The dedicated team also provides specialist care for co-occurring conditions, including learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, epilepsy, diabetes, and mild-to-moderate challenging behaviours.

As a Bank Team Leader, you get to steer shifts, mentor support staff, and drive clinical excellence—all while enjoying the freedom to select shifts that align with your personal routine.

## What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you will act as a positive role model and the operational backbone of the shift. You will provide effective supervision and coaching to support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities include:

Shift Leadership: Head operational shifts, coordinate detailed handovers, delegate roles effectively, and maintain clear team communication.
Supervision & Coaching: Deliver team supervisions, lead collaborative team meetings, and actively contribute to the professional development of your colleagues.
Care & Safety Oversight: Ensure residents have accurate, updated person-centred plans, oversee the safe administration of medication, and manage service users' internal finances in accordance with policy.
Compliance & Performance: Complete and monitor meticulous record-keeping, oversee compliance with social care legislation, and proactively resolve immediate shift issues.
Resident Empowerment: Promote choice, dignity, and independent living skills, ensuring residents are actively participating in meaningful community activities.

## What You’ll Bring to the Role

Leading a mental health step-down environment is incredibly rewarding but requires a grounded, resilient leader who can navigate complex care dynamics with empathy and composure.

Experience: Previous proven experience working as a Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, or Care Team Leader is essential.
Leadership Capability: Strong communication skills with the innate ability to supervise, coach, motivate, and get the very best out of a care team.
Clinical & Care Knowledge: A solid understanding of care standards, safeguarding practices, and internal policies.
Core Attributes: A respectful, flexible, and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to championing independent living.
