ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a flexible, casual role designed to cover planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sickness cover) across day or night shifts. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will supervise care teams on shift, work alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support clinical care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, inspire, and motivate teams of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Support the clinical team with medication administration, ordering, care assessments, and care plan reviews.
Lead shifts to ensure high standards of personalized care and support for every resident.
Maintain resident dignity, choice, and independence while fostering a warm, vibrant home environment.
Act as a key liaison for residents, families, and visiting healthcare professionals.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced, empathetic care leader with strong supervisory skills and a deep understanding of elderly care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge and experience in clinical care for elderly residents.
Proven leadership, team delegation, and communication skills.
Compassionate, warm-hearted, and resident-focused approach.
