We are currently recruiting friendly, customer-focused Casual Wait-On Staff to join the hospitality team at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
In this exciting role, you will help deliver exceptional food and beverage services across a variety of events, conferences, sports functions, and hospitality settings. Your contribution will create memorable, welcoming experiences for customers, visitors, and world-class athletes alike.
What You’ll Do
Event & Area Setup: Assist with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas, dining rooms, and function spaces.
Food & Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverage service to customers and guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.
Kitchen Support: Support basic food preparation activities in accordance with established food safety requirements.
Clearance & Reset: Clear, clean, and reset dining and event spaces efficiently and safely.
Customer Care: Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and outstanding customer service while working collaboratively with your team.
What We Are Looking For
Customer Focus: Previous experience working in a customer-facing or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
Safety Awareness: Basic knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Attitude: A positive, reliable, and hardworking approach with a passion for delivering great service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekend shifts.
