Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Housekeeping Assistant - Bank to join Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis in Oxfordshire, UK.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the wellbeing of residents by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness across the care home and communal areas. This flexible Bank role allows you to choose shifts that suit your availability while becoming part of a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout resident rooms, communal areas, and care home facilities.
Carry out housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, and laundry services.
Wash, dry, iron, and organise residents' clothing, bedding, and communal laundry.
Follow infection control, COSHH, and health & safety procedures while reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
Work closely with colleagues to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience is desirable.
Basic understanding of infection control, COSHH, and health & safety procedures.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Friendly, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
