As a Care Home Administrator, you will support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional day-to-day management of the home. Your organizational expertise will keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and process necessary data to enable accurate invoicing by Head Office.
Monitor fee accounts, follow up on non-payment immediately if fees fall into arrears, and report any concerns regarding outstanding debtors to Head Office.
Collate information and complete weekly and monthly payroll returns.
Provide comprehensive clerical support to the General Manager and other team members as appropriate.
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff within the home.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of business administration experience.
Skills & Proficiencies: Confident working with computers, excellent organizational skills to prioritize a varied workload, and exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
