Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of personal care, assisting residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and nighttime comfort while championing their independence and dignity.
Recognise and understand clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk, and signs of infection) and escalate any concerns in a timely manner.
Act courteously and respectfully towards residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
Practice safe systems of work across a range of daily care tasks.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
