Role Overview
Position: Carer / Care Assistant
Location: Lake House, Lake Walk, The Green, Adderbury, Banbury, OX17 3NG
Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour (NVQ and weekend enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Working alternate weekends)
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026
About Lake House
Set in an attractive residential cul-de-sac in the picturesque rural village of Adderbury, Lake House offers a warm, friendly environment divided into four households specializing in residential, respite, and early-stage dementia care.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support).
Bringing kindness, dignity, and exceptional care to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.
Building meaningful, long-lasting relationships and becoming part of an extended family environment where you will share laughter and create wonderful memories.
What We Are Looking For
No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced carers and fresh talent with diverse life experiences.
Great communication skills: Able to connect effortlessly with residents, families, and colleagues.
