In this key leadership position, you will supervise shifts and work directly alongside Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centered support. You will collaborate closely with families, medical professionals, and care home leadership to create comprehensive care plans, oversee medication management, and ensure residents are supported to remain active and independent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts, delegate duties, and work alongside Care Assistants to meet residents' daily care needs.

• Perform risk assessments, case-manage residents, and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans.

• Accurately administer and record medications in full compliance with established care and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) with proven leadership and shift supervision capabilities.

• Strong organizational, delegation, and IT skills paired with a solid grasp of care planning procedures.

• Experience in medication administration (or willingness to complete training) along with a resident-centered approach.
