Complex Care Assistant (HCA)
Location: Luton, Barnet, Watford, Stevenage, and Aylesbury (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Part-time / Evening support
Shifts: 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £17.93 per hour

(Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred support tailored to a client with complex needs during evening hours (Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.
Help our client navigate their evening routine safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own home.

What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality with at least 6 months of care experience.
A proactive, resilient approach and a readiness for a rewarding clinical challenge.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
