Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a vigilant and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join their team in Edinburgh, UK.

In this role, you will be dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all wet side facilities. You will deliver attentive supervision while providing warm customer service to ensure every member enjoys a secure and pleasant experience.

Role Description

As a Lifeguard, you will actively supervise the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room areas, strictly upholding pool safety guidelines and responding swiftly to any poolside situations. By combining vigilant observation with friendly customer care, you will help foster a safe and relaxed setting for all club visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant alertness while supervising wet side facilities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

• Welcome and assist members, creating a positive, professional, and friendly environment.

• Respond promptly and effectively to poolside incidents while keeping ongoing training records up to date.

Requirements

• Active National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or recognized equivalent.

• Up-to-date ongoing training records to support your lifeguarding credentials.

• Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
