This permanent night-shift role offers full training and ongoing support through Care UK's Learning Academy, making it an ideal path for both experienced carers and newcomers to the health and social care sector.

In this essential overnight role, you will deliver compassionate, person-centered support to help residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will assist with evening and overnight personal care, help implement tailored care plans, and ensure a secure, warm, and comforting environment during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, evening routines, and overnight needs while respecting their autonomy and dignity.

• Collaborate with colleagues to implement personalized care plans and address residents' individual requirements.

• Maintain a peaceful, safe, and supportive home environment throughout night shifts.

Requirements
