• Salary: £13.45 to £14.45 per hour (Plus an extra £3.50 per hour for night shifts and £2.00 per hour for bank holidays)

• Contract Type: Part-Time (30-hour contract, night shifts 4 nights per week from 22:00–06:00, including Saturday and Sunday nights)

About the Role

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a collaborative, determined, and dedicated Customer Assistant for the Night Shift in Shoreham-By-Sea. This isn’t just stacking shelves—this is feeding families and ensuring the store is fully prepared before the doors even open to the public.

Working through the night across 4 shifts, you will be an essential part of the team maintaining high standards, unpacking deliveries, and keeping the store immaculate.

Key Responsibilities

• Night Deliveries: Precisely unpack incoming deliveries throughout the night and ensure all access areas remain clear for drivers.

• Store Presentation: Keep the store spick and span, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

• Promotions & Stock: Help organize specific areas for promotions, carry out regular freshness checks, and ensure stock is fully rotated.

• Standards Maintenance: Take responsibility for store cleanliness and readiness so everything is prepared for the morning rush.

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge or experience working in a fast-paced environment (previous night shift experience is ideal).

• Good attention to detail while working quickly.

• The ability to react positively to changing priorities.

• Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the drive to contribute to your store's success.
