About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a friendly and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant for Bloomfield Care Home.
In this vital hospitality role, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families, and visitors. Working closely with our kitchen and hospitality teams, you will serve meals and refreshments, ensure dining areas remain clean and inviting, and help make every mealtime a positive, uplifting part of the day. Your cheerful approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the exceptional standards Barchester is known for.
About You
We are looking for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer service environment.
Knowledge: A foundational understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
Attributes: A friendly, caring, and professional approach, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
