Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for Lochduhar Care Home. In this vital role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, create safe and supportive environments, develop tailored care plans, and ensure safe medicine management with full professional backing.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Knowledge & Experience: Up-to-date clinical knowledge, experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
