About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a friendly and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant for Overslade House Care Home.
In this vital role, you will play an important part in creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, their families, and visitors. From serving meals and refreshments to ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting, you will help make every mealtime a positive highlight of the day. Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, your friendly approach and attention to detail will ensure we continue delivering the highest standards of care and service.
About You
We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing an outstanding hospitality experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer service environment.
Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills, efficiency in a busy environment, and an understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
Attributes: A friendly, caring, and professional approach, coupled with a true passion for delivering excellent customer service.
