The Role

As a Health Advisor, you will be dedicated to supporting our customers by providing guidance on how to live longer, healthier, happier lives. You will spend the majority of your time delivering comprehensive health assessments and empowering individuals to make positive, lasting lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end service delivery of Health Assessments to customers, maintaining accurate client records.

• Carry out clinical testing, including body composition analysis, spirometry, ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol profiling, diabetes and anaemia blood tests, and audiometry.

• Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to drive behaviour change.

• Conduct post-assessment calls to support positive changes and health action plans.

• Promote healthier lifestyles in accordance with Bupa's current clinical policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition (essential).

• Proven customer-facing experience (essential), with previous measurement or assessment experience in a health, fitness, or medical environment highly desirable.

• Strong empathy, excellent rapport-building skills, and a proven ability to motivate customers.

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in information recording within clinical guidelines.
