About the Role

As a permanent Activities Coordinator at Cedars Care Home, you will help create a stimulating, vibrant environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support.

A significant part of your role will involve getting to know residents and their families to build personalized programs focused on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement both within the home and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver imaginative, fun, and motivational activity programs tailored to individual resident needs.

• Spend quality time getting to know residents and families to understand their hobbies and preferences.

• Promote social engagement, independence, and active community involvement.

• Inspire and coordinate group activities, events, and outings with infectious enthusiasm.

• Collaborate closely with care teams to support holistic resident wellbeing on a permanent contract (32 hours per week).
