Salary/Package: £28,354.14 per annum + £832 shift allowance
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Weekend work may be required)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Yusen Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, to find a dedicated Warehouse Operative for their Sustainable Distribution Centre in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities
MHE & Automation Operation: Safely operate Material Handling Equipment and utilize automation systems to support daily site activities.
Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers, handling goods with care to minimize damage and complete accurate paperwork.
Health & Safety Focus: Strictly adhere to all health and safety procedures, wear PPE, perform pre-use equipment checks, and comply with site risk assessments.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify ways to improve warehouse processes, drive operational efficiency, and communicate any issues to team leaders.
Team Collaboration: Work dynamically within a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
What You Will Bring
Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
A valid MHE licence (FLT, Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Pallet Stacker).
Good levels of literacy, numeracy, and a strong understanding of written and spoken English.
Awareness of safe manual handling techniques.
Great teamworking skills with a strong attention to detail.
