Senior Internal Audit Analyst

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Senior Internal Audit Analyst to join their team in London, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to support the delivery of independent assurance across the organisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve risk management, and enhance internal controls while contributing to strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit assignments, prepare audit plans, and deliver high-quality audit reports with practical recommendations.

• Identify control weaknesses, assess business risks, and recommend process improvements to strengthen governance.

• Support audit planning, mentor junior analysts, and utilise data analytics to improve audit effectiveness.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PIIA, CMIIA, or an equivalent qualification.

• Significant internal audit experience with strong knowledge of risk management and audit methodologies.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
