About the Role

As a Bank Kitchen Assistant at Red Oaks, you will help provide first-class food and hospitality, ensuring our residents enjoy a nutritious, well-balanced diet that supports their overall health and wellbeing.

Providing casual shift cover when needed, you’ll assist with food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and help create a wonderful dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, cooking support, and kitchen operations.

• Maintain rigorous standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

• Support the catering team in delivering exceptional, person-centred dining experiences.

• Interact warmly with residents, building positive relationships and noting preferences.

• Provide flexible bank cover for annual leave or sickness as required.
