We are currently recruiting a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) on behalf of Barchester Healthcare for Assisted Living at Chorleywood Beaumont in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will oversee the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, delivering exceptional, person-centred clinical care. This temporary position offers a well-structured schedule while giving you the freedom and autonomy to make critical clinical decisions in a safe, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exercise clinical judgment and professional autonomy to deliver high-quality care across a range of physical and mental health needs.

• Develop, review, and evaluate personalized care plans alongside detailed clinical risk assessments.

• Administer medications safely in full compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Lead by example, collaborating with care staff and multidisciplinary teams to maintain clinical excellence.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a compassionate, autonomous nurse who takes pride in thoughtful, evidence-based nursing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Registration: Active, valid NMC Registration (RGN).

• Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of clinical practices and key regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).

• Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, detailed care planning, and effective communication with residents and family members.

• Mindset: Dedicated, empathetic, and committed to a person-centred approach to resident care.
