In this essential role, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and laundry care throughout the care home. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will ensure resident rooms and communal areas remain spotless, comfortable, and inviting, while building warm and respectful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in resident rooms and shared facilities.

• Oversee the high-quality laundering, ironing, and proper handling of residents' personal clothing and linens.

• Foster positive, respectful relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues while respecting resident privacy.

Requirements
