Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Senior II
Location: Cromwell Hospital, 164-178 Cromwell Road, London, SW5 0TU
Rate of Pay: Up to £49,727 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) + Bupa Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Onsite)
We are partnering with the internationally renowned Cromwell Hospital in the heart of Kensington, London, to find an experienced and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Senior II. Cromwell Hospital is a major private facility providing top-tier outpatient and inpatient care, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies for both UK and international patients.
As a Senior II Nuclear Medicine Technologist through Supportive Bridge, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team performing advanced Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures, enjoying great working hours that support a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Perform all types of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures in accordance with departmental needs, hospital quality standards, and consultants' expectations.
Maintain a high standard of imaging and patient care, accurately analysing acquired data, checking scans before reporting, and producing high-quality images.
Participate actively in Quality Assurance programmes for equipment, processing, and Radiation Protection, maintaining precise records.
Liaise with the Medical Physics department regarding the safe handling of radioactive waste, spill protocols, and weekly isotope delivery/disposal records.
Perform IV cannulation and confidently administer radioactive injections and other licensed products.
B.Sc. (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography, a Diploma of Radionuclide Imaging, or equivalent.
HCPC registration (if a Radiographer) or qualification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Proven experience in PET-CT imaging, Nuclear Medicine, and multi-slice CT scanning.
Fully conversant with PACS systems, with strong technical skills and attention to detail.
