Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Priory, the UK’s leading independent provider of mental health and adult social care, to find a dedicated Male Support Worker for their Princes Street home in Roath, near Cardiff.

Princes Street is a welcoming residential home providing support for five male residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Set in a lovely suburban area close to local shops and the city centre, the home is dedicated to promoting independence, daily living skills, budgeting, and behavioral support.

Due to the specific needs of a resident, we are seeking male applicants only. This is a genuine occupational requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a compassionate and dedicated team, your role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of the service and the overall wellbeing of the residents. While this role does not involve providing direct personal care, your contribution is essential to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with day-to-day house operations and keeping environments organized.
Helping residents develop daily living and budgeting skills.
Contributing to behavioral support and promoting resident independence.
Ensuring the people we care for have a voice, a choice, and active involvement in their own support.
