About the Role
Are you energetic, hands-on, and looking for a role with incredible career progression? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco to recruit dedicated Warehouse Operatives for their new and exciting distribution centre in Hinckley.
Note: As Hinckley is a fresh site, this role will involve working in a chilled environment. You will initially work at our current site before transitioning to our brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution setup later in the year—giving you a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our operations right from day one!

Key Responsibilities
Order Assembly & Picking: Play a key role in supporting store colleagues by ensuring orders are picked and assembled accurately.
Stock & Safety Management: Receive, store, pack, and transport stock to the highest standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace.
Equipment Use: Efficiently utilize provided tools, training materials, and Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a driven team in a fast-paced environment.
What We Are Looking For
No Experience Needed: Previous warehouse experience or MHE use is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided!
