About this role
Exemplar Health Care is recruiting Bank Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD) for Fernwood, a brand new care home in Knowsley supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.
What you will do:
- Assess, plan and deliver person-centred nursing care
- Administer medication safely
- Promote health, wellbeing, choice, dignity and independence
- Act as Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift
- Manage situations where people show behaviours of concern
What they are looking for: a first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN (adult, mental health or learning disability). You should be a calm role model who can coach colleagues, defuse challenging situations and show a range of clinical skills, with knowledge of assessment, admission and discharge and of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS. You will need the right to work in the UK.
Contract: bank.
