About the Role
Are you passionate about data, insight, and turning numbers into meaningful business decisions? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Booker (part of the Tesco Group) to recruit analytical talent for their Finance & Commercial Analysis Graduate Scheme.
Designed to develop future leaders, this rotational scheme gives you hands-on exposure to key financial and commercial areas. You will build a strong foundation as a Commercial Analyst evaluating trading trends and profitability, and gain experience supporting either our Foodservice or Retail teams by analyzing customer behavior and shaping strategies to drive sales.

What We Are Looking For
Academic Background: On track for a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Commercial Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and a drive to continuously improve business performance.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others, build positive relationships, and collaborate effectively.
