Salary: Annual base salary of £20,451.60
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (30 weekly hours contract, working night shifts between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Under the Equality Act 2010, this role is open to male applicants only to effectively support male residents. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing
Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team providing night-time care and support to residents with mental health conditions, severe learning disabilities, and autism.
Handle night ward routines, analyze behaviors, adapt care approaches collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist residents with overall care and support, which may include personal hygiene needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications
A naturally caring, compassionate disposition with high levels of resilience, patience, and vigilance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively on night shifts as part of a dedicated team.

Where You Will Be Working
Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow, West London (TW3 4HT) is a 12-bed, community-based service comprising an 8-bed main house and four self-contained flats. The service provides structured care and support for individuals with severe learning disabilities, autism, and associated health needs, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and local clinicians.
