Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team providing night-time care and support to residents with mental health conditions, severe learning disabilities, and autism.
Handle night ward routines, analyze behaviors, adapt care approaches collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist residents with overall care and support, which may include personal hygiene needs.

Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow, West London (TW3 4HT) is a 12-bed, community-based service comprising an 8-bed main house and four self-contained flats. The service provides structured care and support for individuals with severe learning disabilities, autism, and associated health needs, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and local clinicians.
Competitive Salary: Annual base salary of £20,451.60.
