Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical nursing, including wound management, catheter care, infection control, and safe medication administration.

• Provide leadership and guidance for care staff during shifts, upholding exceptional care standards across the team.

• Conduct clinical assessments and construct personalized care plans tailored to residents' evolving needs and dependency levels.

Requirements

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

• Solid understanding of clinical assessment tools such as MUST and Waterlow, paired with strong care planning capabilities.
