Salary: £40,098.00 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Operational Leadership: Manage and develop MHA Communities Schemes across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery tailored to local needs.
Team & Volunteer Management: Line manage staff appointments and lead the recruitment, selection, ongoing support, and supervision of essential volunteers who drive the schemes.
Wellbeing Promotion: Spearhead initiatives that actively reduce loneliness, foster social connection, and support older adults across diverse community settings.
Service Growth: Oversee the breadth and volume of community services, balancing business objectives with MHA's charitable values and mission.
Skills & Experience: A strong background in operational and business management, ideally within the charity, care, or community services sector.
Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff teams and volunteers effectively.
Mission-Driven Approach: A strong, empathetic commitment to reducing social isolation and enhancing the quality of life for older people.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate successfully across multiple regional sites.
