Research Engineer, Pretraining

Anthropic's Pretraining team in London is hiring a Research Engineer to help develop the next generation of large language models.

What you'll do:

• Research and build improvements in model architecture, algorithms, data processing and optimisers
• Lead small research projects and contribute to larger ones
• Design, run and analyse experiments on large language models
• Improve and scale training infrastructure

Pay: £260,000 - £630,000 a year (as stated by the employer).
