In this pivotal leadership role, you will take charge of shift management, delegate tasks effectively to care staff, and collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals. You will play an essential role in developing individualized care plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring safe medication administration to maintain resident safety and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift activities, assign duties appropriately, and handle the safe administration and recording of medications.

• Case manage residents, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with healthcare specialists and families to deliver optimal care plans.

• Partner with the senior leadership team to elevate service quality while working directly alongside care assistants on the floor.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with proven supervisory or shift-leading experience.

• Strong organizational capability, digital literacy, and a practical understanding of care planning workflows.

• Experienced in or willing to undergo training for medication administration, backed by a strong desire to enrich residents' lives.
