Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home.

• Coordinate staff rotas, monitor housekeeping supplies, and support team training where required.

• Work closely with maintenance and management teams to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
