Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and inspire your team to create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.
Store Operations: Manage and improve day-to-day store operations, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Problem Solving: Optimize processes and solve problems swiftly to keep the store running like clockwork.
Customer Service: Ensure that unmatched, excellent customer service is delivered to every person who walks through the doors.
What You’ll Need
Proven management experience leading and developing teams in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Outstanding time-management, task-delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication abilities to handle challenging conversations with confidence.
A track record of monitoring, managing, and successfully improving store KPIs.
