Salary: Annual base salary of £25,564.50
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (12.5 hours a day, 3–4 days a week including nights and weekends on a rota. Sponsorship is not available).

Participate in daily routines, including ward rounds/updates, observing and analysing behaviours, and adapting care approaches accordingly with colleagues.
Update patient records and provide comprehensive care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene and daily living needs.

1a Upper Brighton Road is a nine-bed, mixed-gender community-based home in Surbiton supporting individuals with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge. Residents may also have profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments, and physical health needs. The home provides a structured, 24/7 supportive environment helping individuals transition smoothly from residential schools, family homes, or community placements.
Competitive Salary: Annual base salary of £25,564.50.
