About the Opportunity

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we connect compassionate individuals with rewarding careers. We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join the dedicated team at Weir End House, a beautiful residential service located near the market town of Ross-on-Wye.

Weir End House offers residential support for 11 residents (both male and female) who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability. The goal is to ensure the people supported live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives, empowering them to build independence both at home and within the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of a dedicated, compassionate team working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the service and the overall wellbeing of the residents.

Please Note: While this specific role focuses heavily on maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment rather than providing hands-on direct clinical care, your contribution is absolutely vital.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Assisting with the daily operations and organizational tasks of the home.
Ensuring communal and residential spaces are well looked after and welcoming.
Playing an active role in creating a positive, structured, and happy experience for those who live and work at Weir End House.
