Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the nursing team, ensuring high quality one-to-one clinical care and accurate, comprehensive care planning.
Deputize for the management team and collaborate with local GPs, healthcare professionals, and families.
Oversee clinical compliance, risk management, and the implementation of assessment frameworks.
Requirements
Valid NMC Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with active registration.
Prior experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory nursing role managing care teams.
Strong knowledge of clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST) and comprehensive care planning procedures.
