As a Care Assistant - Nights, you will deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to our care team to ensure seamless continuity of service and support for our residents throughout the night. Your compassion and dedication will ensure residents feel safe, respected, and well-cared for around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene and care, promoting optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections) and escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the individuality and dignity of each person.
Practice safe systems of work across a wide range of nightly tasks.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
