About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will take lead responsibility for managing the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents, making critical clinical judgments to ensure safe and compassionate care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Clinical Governance & Care Plans: Developing, reviewing, and evaluating tailored, person-centred care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.
Medication Administration: Safely managing and administering medications in strict compliance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Clinical Decision Making: Exercising sound professional judgment in complex clinical situations to deliver outstanding care.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to regulatory frameworks, including the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Team Support & Leadership: Guiding and mentoring care staff to maintain high standards of nursing and resident safety.
About You

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Professional Registration: Current active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical standards, pharmacological guidelines, and regulatory frameworks (MCA/DoLS).
Documentation Skills: Proven ability to construct detailed care plans and conduct thorough risk assessments.
Personal Qualities: Compassionate, respectful, and dedicated to person-centred nursing.
