• Salary: Annual base salary of £25,564.50

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 weekly hours contract, working early and late shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including 2 weekends a month. Under the Equality Act 2010, this role is open to male driver applicants to effectively support male residents and assist with driving company vehicles for activities. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing

• Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team providing daily care and support to residents with severe learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs.

• Utilize your driving skills to safely operate company vehicles, supporting residents with external appointments, trips, and social activities.

• Handle early and late shift routines, analyze behaviors, adapt care approaches collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain accurate patient records, including assistance with personal hygiene.

• Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment where you will see the meaningful impact of your involvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• A valid UK driving license is essential to drive company vehicles for resident activities.

• A naturally caring, compassionate disposition with high levels of resilience, patience, and vigilance.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across early and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

• Note: This role is open to male applicants (Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010) to efficiently support male residents.

Where You Will Be Working

Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow, West London (TW3 4HT) is a 12-bed, community-based service comprising an 8-bed main house and four self-contained flats. The service provides structured care and support for individuals with severe learning disabilities and autism, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and local clinicians.
