Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Station Court Care Home. In this role, you will supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, support clinical needs such as medication and care reviews, and help maintain a warm, vibrant environment for our residents.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivating, with strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to resident dignity.
