About the Role
This is a casual, part-time position offering true working flexibility. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care, companionship, and support they deserve.
Your duties will be wonderfully varied and rewarding, including:
Assisting with daily living tasks, such as supporting residents with food and drink.
Following personalized care plans and ensuring each resident enjoys dedicated one-to-one time.
Sharing special moments, memories, and building meaningful connections.
