We are recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Quality and Service Improvement Manager on a permanent full-time basis on behalf of MHA.
This is a key senior leadership role responsible for supporting Area Managers across named services (including Anjulita Court, Elmside, Kenbrook, Lawnfield House, Oak Manor, Riverview Lodge, Trembaths, and Westbury Grange) to ensure the delivery of exceptional relationship-centred care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will lead by example, coach key colleagues, address operational challenges, and occasionally provide temporary hands-on leadership in homes during management vacancies or performance turnarounds.
Professional Qualification: A recognised health or social care professional qualification.
Management Experience: Proven background working as a manager within health or social care settings.
Quality Monitoring: Direct, verifiable experience monitoring quality standards and driving continuous improvement in a care environment.
Leadership & Flexibility: Passion for making a positive difference to older people, alongside the flexibility to travel and stay away from home as required by business needs.
