Rate of Pay: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)

As a Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will be at the heart of daily life, providing vital support that ensures our residents feel valued, safe, and part of a warm family-like community.
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, spanning from friendly companionship to full personal care.
Observe, manage, and document residents' wellbeing and behaviour, reporting any changes accurately in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Support nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting residents to eat and drink according to their personalised care plans.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
A motivated, positive individual equipped with great interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a close-knit multi-disciplinary team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
