About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a central role in helping residents enjoy every day by providing personal, dignified, and person-centred care and support tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Daily Support: Assist residents with daily living routines, including mobility, dressing, personal hygiene, and mealtime support.
Care Plan Delivery: Follow individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure safe, consistent, and respectful care.
Companionship: Spend meaningful one-to-one time with residents, creating bright moments and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior carers, nurses, and home staff to maintain a safe, welcoming, and warm care environment.
About You

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people (in professional or personal settings).
Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a practical, can-do approach.
