Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our trusted health assessment and DWP partners for a dynamic Site Coordinator Manager.
Based in Bristol, you will manage a dedicated team of Site Coordinators, ensuring that all assessment centres in your area maintain seamless reception coverage, correctly recorded assessment outcomes, efficient customer wait times, and robust local health and safety standards. Operating on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), your work directly supports the delivery of essential health assessments that treat every service user with care, dignity, and respect.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of site coordinators, conducting 1-to-1s, overseeing absences, driving engagement, and ensuring mandatory training compliance.
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily appointments to ensure all assessments begin within 30 minutes of scheduled times and manage arrivals boards and customer wait times.
Performance Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance updates regarding cancellations and waiting times, collaborating with the Regional Quality & Performance Manager (RQPM) to optimize booking policies.
Health & Safety Management: Act as the local Health and Safety responsible person (handling DSE assessments, fire management, general inspections, and incident reporting) in alignment with HSEQ standards.
Site Operations & Security: Manage facility supplies, act as a primary point of contact for the contact centre, oversee local system administration, and take responsibility for securely opening/closing the site where applicable.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with scheduling teams to ensure Health Professionals’ diaries remain fully optimized with no empty slots.
Security Clearance: Must successfully undergo and gain BPSS security clearance.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal abilities, with a strong understanding of claimant needs and a compassionate approach.
Organizational Strengths: Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and collated correctly.
Digital Proficiency: Confident user of Microsoft Office packages with strong problem-solving capabilities for local systems.
Resilience: Proven experience in a customer-facing environment with the resilience to navigate setbacks constructively and work toward swift resolutions.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel monthly to alternative assessment centres (Weston-super-Mare, Swindon, and Gloucester) as required by the business.
Competitive Package: Base salary of £32,000 per annum.
